Domino's Pizza

Took 3 hours to get a pizza delivered, I live 10 minutes away. They told me it was delivered,And that the delivery person confirmed when it never was. Made me feel like they thought I was trying to steal a couple pizzas from them. When it was finally delivered, no sorry or nothing. I had 4 kids to feed...some customer service. Maybe a district Mgr should see what's going on.

I waited well over an hour for a pizza. I live less then 5 minutes from the location. My pizza wasn’t even warm, It’s not fully cut all the way though, and it doesn’t have any garlic butter of the crust. They sent me another one and said I would receive a refund. The other pizza looked almost identical, uncut, room temperature, no garlic butter crust. I didn’t receive a refund, I got an email to pick either a free pizza or 20 percent off a single order. I’ve had better pizza from Domino’s and expect better then what I have been getting. I’m not sure I’m going to buy delivery pizza from this Domino’s ever again. This is also not the first time I’ve gotten pizza like this from this Domino’s. It’s unprofessional. There another Domino’s that I’m in deliver distance of. Until I know, what ever problem this Domino’s has been having is resolved im going to refrain from ordering delivery my from this Domino’s and buy pizza not from this Domino’s.

Took 15 minutes to order a pizza just now because Domino’s has outsourced to a call center and they have no idea about the menu or anything about pizza. Placing the order was so frustrating I might never order a pizza from Domino’s again just so I don’t have to deal with that call center. Bad outsourcing decision.

Very rude driver, couldn’t find my address and kept screaming at the phone that he couldn’t find the elevator, we don’t have elevators where I live and it’s only 2nd floor and he told me to go to the parking lot to get my order, than I told him to cancel and that I was calling the store, less than 1 minute he found like magic my apt and start to scream at me that was not elevators 🤷🏼‍♀️ His name was Alexander.. My husband need to intervene because he though I was by my self, when he saw my husband he got quiet and walk away…

I had the worst experience with Domino's pizza right now and I'll never going to order my Pizza from them ever again. First, I got my order 1 hour late. Second, when I finally got it it was cold! Third, I asked topping only on one side of the pizza and got the topping all over it. Fourth, one of the items I ordered was missing! Called them but no answer. Don't waste your money and time on them!
