Everyone in my department orders here on Wednesday since the food is great and the lunch special is cheap.

After I asked a few questions on the chow fun and the server answered all my questions on the chow fun, I ordered the chow fun. She brought mai fun to my table. When I asked if the dish was mai fun, she said I thought that’s what you ordered. Um, No. Didn’t ask about all those questions about chow fun and pointing to the menu part for chow fun when I ordered because I wanted to be surprised with another dish. She did offer to remake the meal, I didn’t want to wait for a new surprise so I ate and paid for the mai fun. Mai fun quality was just ok. Server was nice and friendly, just not accurate in getting my order.

Finally found a good Chinese takeout option in Cincinnati! Silver Wok has delicious spring rolls, so good! They are crunchy with yummy veggie flavor. Love the fried rice that comes with lunch boxes, you can actually taste the different ingredients mixed with the rice, and the texture is right. Entrees vary; I like the beef and broccoli, chicken cashew and moo goo gai pan.

Customer service absolutely horrible! Kept getting hung up on. Food was terrible.... co-worker couldn't even eat hers.... mine literally felt like they threw the whole container of chili sauce in it..... ordered beef got chicken.....the egg rolls tasted nothing but black pepper. Will never order from here again!

A great place for a quick great meal. We usually use another Asian restaurant for delivery. But the food here is much better. Wish they delivered themselves. I usually get their kung pao chicken which is extremely good. They do their the right way with the whole hot peppers . The flavor is Fresh and rich. They always get the order right. And its very hot. Keep up the great work.

What a pleasant experience to eat here. All the items I've tried have been fantastic. My favorite main dish being the Chicken and Broccoli (with a bit of spice). The Hot and Sour soup second to none. I believed no one could top the old Pacific Moon's Hot and Sour, but the Silver Wok has met and exceeded with their version. It's so good and flavorful.
The help are courteous and professional.
Try it, you'll love it.
