Food was very good, although for my partner, who's from Middle East, the food was not 100% Turkish. We shared a mix pide and chicken shawarma, as well as a combo appetizer.

Fantastic hole in the wall, if you're in the area please try Anatolia. Food wasn't costly and yet it still tasted amazing. If you're in bloomington for a day, this is a great place to sit down, get comfortable and enjoy some good turkish food.

A good buffet place with plenty of options. The Lunch Buffet costs 8.50 USD cash and 9.50 USD with Card. The space is limited and due to its popularity, the place can be crowded pretty soon. Food was well made and options may not change time to time. But a good experience. Update 2022: With regards to menu items, it's wide in variety and very tasty. Appetizers are great and main dishes are great as well. Highly recommend.

Fine, but distinctly average. I found the cooking and flavor profiles somewhat uninspired. Unlike other restaurants on 4th that help me recall my global travels, Anatolia didn’t conjure my visits to Istanbul, Cappadocia (should be on everyone’s bucket list) or Antalya. Service was slow. One guy was sitting inside the entire time while his sole partner ran around taking orders, delivering the food, answering the phones for takeout, and settling up checks. Outside area is chaotically organized. No beer or wine service (unlike in Muslim Turkey, where the booze flowed for guests). And I’ve seen other reviewers comment on it, but I will too - Anatolia is the only non-fast food restaurant I’ve eaten at since the pandemic started (and I’ve visited LA, Chicago, Pittsburgh and live in Seattle) that serves their food & beverage in To Go containers - really takes away from the overall experience to eat out of a styrofoam container). IMHO, there are better choices in Bloomington.

Very delicious Mediterranean cuisine. I really enjoy the Turkish tea and red lentil soup. The Guvec has never disappointed. Tried the Kunefe and was shocked at how delicious it was, it's now my "go-to" dessert!

Walked in here on a whim. My son said he Uber Eats many deliveries from here and it always smelled good. Let me say I was cery impressed. The food was amazing and pricing was very reasonable. The tabouli was a lil different than my usual expectations but was exquisite. The lamb with the house sauce was amazing. The spinach and cheese pastry was very nicely done and the hummus was on pointe. The least impressive part of the meal was the rice. It wasn't bad at all it was just...well...rice. 6 stars I definitely recommend.

Food is always great but customer service was rather rude tonight. I placed an order on DoorDash and asked for sauces and hummus to be removed in the notes. I called the restaurant right after placing the order as I always do to make sure they saw my notes as usual. Tonight I was told that's not possible and the chef only prepares it as stated on the menu and that I could just cancel my order. After I mentioned my request has always been accommodated on previous orders he said he would talk to the chef. I thought that meant he was going to run to the kitchen and let me know. Instead I was hung up on. I called back and said I think we got disconnected and he said I told you I was going to talk to the chef. The chef told him it was possible and before I could say thanks I was hung up on. I get that I'm not a customer in the restaurant but DoorDash customers matter too.
