Subway

Very poor customer service. Called about an issue with my online order and the lady that answered argued with me and after I said that I don't have to give them my business she stated that they didn't want my business. I asked for a manager and she hung up. I tracked down the owner and he supposedly corrected the problem. FYI, I recorded the entire conversation and gave it to him to review. I got a free 6" sub for my troubles...

I came to Subway for my lunch break. My sandwich was made fast the problem comes when you go to pay. Instead of cashing me out they decided to fill all their drive through orders while I stand there. My sandwich done and bagged just no one will ring me up out of all 3 girls. After I'd say 5 minutes a guy came from the back to ring me up finally. I was going to keep it to myself. Until as I'm finishing mine an older woman came in and stood there for 10 minutes staring at them while they pulled the same stunt again. If you have someone at the counter take care of them. It doesn't take 3 people to make a sandwich as long as you are still gloved one person can accomplish it.
