Great donuts but why can't anybody make a good cup of coffee? I know it's a personal taste but I can't find anywhere that makes it like I want except out in Avon. Also you supposed to be open until 8 why you closed at 7:25?

They work in their own timing. Waited for bagel with cheese for a min. By the time I got it, my hot coffee was now ice coffee. Speed is lacking and the cashier guy don't have a clue what he's doing. They need new management

Nice staff, very efficient, did kinda skimp on the hot coffee ( didn't fill to the top ) the ice coffee was done exactly how I wanted it!!! The bathroom was also exceptional

I was all excited to try the new cream cheese filled onion & chive filled mini bagels, they were out so I had to get the everything on it cream cheese filled mini bagels. 😓😓😓😓

So...apparently they close up & go home & leave all the lights on just to fool people?? The drive-thru sign, the building & parking lot lights, the DR lights, the menu board... Only when you drive to the pickup window do you see it's all dark in the back. And then you can't even find out what the hours are bcuz they're not posted on the d-t window. You could at least turn off the D-T signs by the road & the DD sign on the bldg & the menu!

The food and coffee were made correct, but it shouldn't take 20 minutes to service 3 vehicles. The wait time, at this location specifically, is long every single time I come here. Friendly and polite staff, but seeing coworkers dancing in the drive through window just makes it look like they're messing around instead of preparing orders in a timely manner.

Not much of variety of donuts and the worker who was on didn't explain properly if you want this or that or he kept saying is that's it causing no sugar in cappuccino paying extra for a drink that should been cancel, when we confronted him he he said $6 for cappuccino and coconut REFRESHer, but still charger me for that!!! Bad employee😳☹
