It can’t be that hard to read ingredients. I used to work at Dunkin in my teens and I wasn’t this bad. They never have your order right, it’s annoying.

Glad they was open early. But the order taker had a slight attitude, didn't understand my order at all. Everything I order came out ok but they was very lazy and unprofessional. I asked for a coffee with half hot chocolate they said ok but still gave me a coffee with no hot chocolate. Then when I told them about it the lady got a lil upset about it. Need better customer service skills

Always has what I need. Needed last minute donuts for a shower and they had exactly what I wanted. Although the frosting dropped off but it wasn't dunkings fault lol

This Dunkin Donuts has been substandard for quite a while. There is no sense of urgency by most of the employees not all. District management is aware of issues in his absent from his location. Management is aware of the issues regarding bad attitude, slow service, lack of cleanliness, proper hair protection not being used when working in food service been a host of other issues that they are aware of. Maybe this will help them pay closer attention to their investment

I just came from this location and ordered a Medium cold brew with 2 pumps of French vanilla swirl and 7 skim milk on my way to work pulled off a few minutes later I sip my drink and realized it was made wrong I couldn't return because I was on my way to work so I called the store 12 times with them answering and not saying anything or either just letting the phone ring. I would like either my refund or my coffee made the right way.
