Huddle House

I happened upon this huddle House in the middle of nowhere and was so happy to find breakfast. I was unusually hungry after a long journey. They were nice and courteous and the food was hot and fast. I'm not sure you could ask anything more of a huddle House. I'm not sure why this one isn't in the middle of nowhere like this but I was very glad to find this breakfast Oasis.

The service was terrible and so was the food . The cook was rubbing his nose and taking trash out without washing hands before touching the food. But he didn't make mine or my wife's. But her food was terrible she ordered the zesty chicken sandwich and she said it tasted like a muddy shoe. The whole store was dirty and dishes were stacked up. Just highly would recommend avoiding them completely

Ordered take out for two on a Sunday night. Excellent breakfast for dinner at 8pm. Scrambled eggs with cheese were cooked correctly and a generous portion. Great hashbrowns and bacon, crisp and not greasy. Waffle was still hot and not soggy after the 15 minute drive home. All three employees were smiling, friendly, and quick. Didn't mind the reasonable automatic tip. Diner was clean and pleasant.

I'm not from here, but have been to a huddle House before. Never have I ever seen such bad service. The cook was the only one doing his job. The server was on her phone and or outside talking to people, she was never around to help. We sat there for over an hour, only to get bad fruit and to-go boxes. She didn't want to help us at all, she just dropped the food off walked away, and got on her phone. I raised my hand after all of us ran out of drinks and she didn't even notice to refill our drinks until we said it out loud a few times. Dear Huddle House train your servers better. I work in the food industry and this is unacceptable.

The service at this location is always sub par but, let's face it, its Huddle House and usually worth the mild inconveniences. This trip, however, that was not the case. We were, legit, the only customers in there. It was my 3 daughters, my girlfriend and myself. We were greeted as we walked in and asked for our drink order rather promptly; a rarity for this location but, a welcome change of pace. Our drinks were brought in a timely fashion and our meal order was taken. Within a few minutes, my children's meals and half of my girlfriend's order was at our table. 35 minutes later, the second portion of my girlfriend's order, a waffle, was delivered. That's it. I never saw one portion of my meal. Not an egg, not a order of bacon, nothing! Of the hour and 10 minutes I was there, not one part of my meal was delivered. When I went to the register to pay, I was not asked how my meal was, which is good, as I never got it. I decided not to speak to a manger, I decided not to make a scene and I decided not to return to this location.

I don't recommend eating here at Huddle house in Blakley, Ga. Surely there's cleaner places and other places don't run out of things to cook.or deserts. Not that I ordered any.but the back of the seats are filthy. And they really don't know what time they open for business. One employee said 5Am,another says 5:30 Am, But at 6 : 15 Am this morning, still not open. Trust me. There are better places to enjoy a much better meal.
