Chada Thai

We had dinner there last night (first time) and the food was great. We had the combination appetizer, Tom Yum soup, Mongolian Beef (oh my gosh, I wish I got that. My husband loved it) We liked the appetizers and the sauce that came with it. My husband loved the soup. My daughter & I had the Pad Garlic with pork and shrimp. The pork & shrimp came on fresh spinach, broccoli with a great sauce. We both really liked our dishes, and we all got fried rice, which was good. The waiter was good, he tended to the whole room. The only thing I would have to say is the ambiance of the restaurant left a bit to be desired, although it does look out at the harbor. Definitely going back.

Love the food. I asked for hot spicy and this restaurant delivered. I ordered fried rice with shrimps, pineapple fried frice, tofu fried with veggies and spring roll. All dishes perfectly made. They gave me the real fried rice not like those other restaurants. Fast service. Called, place order, go to the restaurant, waited under 10mins food is hot and ready. Keep up the good work.

I have a confession to make, I've lived in the Birch Bay/Blaine area for 10 years. I've driven past this place hundreds of times, and never once thought about stopping by. I love cooking for myself and friends, so I rarely eat out. A friend and I were running errands in Blaine, and my buddy suggested Chada Thai for Lunch. I haven't had Thai food for many years, so we decided to stop here for lunch. We weren't disappointed. We ordered the pork fried rice, cashew pork, orange chicken, sticky rice, and combo appetizers. The fried rice was amazing. All of the vegetables were perfectly cooked. Not too soft, nor were they under-cooked. The orange chicken had a genuinely delicious orange flavor to the glaze. We even had a couple Thai Teas, which I've never had before. They were very rich and delicious, and very orange in color, not in flavor. I tasted a hint of vanilla, and something that I couldn't identify, perhaps cardamom? I really liked it, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. Everything was freshly cooked to order. The staff was friendly. The only down-side was that the restaurant was closed for indoor dining due to Covid restrictions, but thankfully was still open for take-out. In conclusion, I would highly suggest stopping by Chada Thai if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed. Have a great day!

My husband and I Returned from Bellingham this evening we stopped to have a little bite in Blaine (Chada Thai) before returning home. What a lovely restaurant and the owner was so fabulous he greeted us at the door welcomed us in, cleaned a table for us with the best view as he put it. 😀 I highly recommend Chada Thai and will definitely return.
