Cafe Roka

Located in the heart of historic Bisbee, Café Roka is an unexpected dining highlight. The space is a little tight while waiting for a table, since bar space is also a dining area, but the host staff smoothly manages table assignments. The bartender is great, but our server felt a little less polished, with a rushed feel in pushing the special of the night (one $48 sea bass left — speak now or lose it forever). Most of the menu is well priced, and the piquillo peppers and gnocchi are exceptional. Dessert looked better than it tasted, but even a "pretty good" Nutella cheesecake is still a treat.

From the placing of the reservation to the finishing of our desert, Cafe Roka was superb. We were celebrating a family birthday and they placed us in the window table. Hostess was very polite when we showed up and we were seated immediately (6:30 pm). Lauren, the waitress, was excellent from introduction to the end. We had two specialty drinks and then order the artichoke/mushroom lasagna and the sea bass. Both the drinks and the dishes were delicious. Never felt rushed the entire evening. This remains the best of the best in Cochise County for dining. Thanks again for a 5 star evening!

We heard that this was the best restaurant in town and it did not disappoint! Beautiful space right in the heart of Bisbee. Excellent service but what was most impressive was the food. I had the sea bass and crab risotto which was a special and the sea bass had a beautiful searing on one side but ate like butter. The short rib ravioli were a standout. Overall the best meal I have had in a while

Loved dining at the bar with Zach, (the bartender) who recommended the sirloin steak salad and a delicious local wine. Awesome ambiance and even better community. Also, shoutout to the kitchen staff who sent a complementary appetizer my way, totally making my first Roka experience something I'll never forget :)
