First visit to this place and we will definitely be back! Excellent gluten free menu (certified by Coeliac UK) and staff very knowledge about allergens. Food is amazing and service great, atmosphere is very light and bright, very comfortable. Recommend gluten free options to all coeliacs, there’s so many dishes to choose from! :)

Wow the customer service is absolutely amazing, we were not rushed to order our food and were left to have our drinks in peace and ordered in our own time we spent total of £100 between 2 and it was amazing, pizzas were on point started amazing dessert absolutely delicious, management was always smiling and making us feel welcome, waiters were very attentive, overall we will be returning every second week here for our meal out, i absolutely love the fact that they do student discounts and that’s the icing on the cake for me

We go at least once a month. I'm all the times we've visited food has never been under par and service has always been flawless. The pizzas are so fresh and our 3 year old devours it all. The rewards system serves us really well! We always get a good deal. X

My wife and I came to eat on a weekday lunch time in the middle of a trip to Ikea, and we had a lovely time. We were able to walk from the ikea in minutes. We were seated promptly and we enjoyed talking to the waiter who served us. He was quick and attentive.
On this occasion we had calamari starters, followed by two pizzas and a glass of wine for main, followed by their lime and basil sorbet for desert with some coffee.

Always love going to pizza express. The staff are friendly the atmosphere is really warm and welcoming and chilled, plus there is a wide range of food items to choose from, including pasta dishes, vegan, vegetarian etc. Always makes for a good night out, and they have a great reward scheme too.

Went today with my friend and had a wonderful time. Our server Jess was very friendly and chatty! The food was amazing and the drinks were very refreshing!

A very busy Saturday evening and first visit. We'd booked a table thank heavens. Ordered our pizza and we weren't disappointed it was lovely. Then we had a dessert can highly recommend the biscoff cheese cake! Delicious. We had downloaded the app which had a 50% off pizza offer so that softend the bill somewhat. As always the drinks were a little on the expensive side. Will go again.

Went in on Sunday evening and didn’t have to reserve, walked straight in and was seated immediately.
Our server was prompt and courteous.
The starters were delicious, the garlic bread with mozzarella were a bit dry but the flavours were there.
The pizzas was honestly amazing, easily up there with one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted, nice and crispy.
Only problem I saw was that there are no condiments, you have the option to buy a few limited dips at 0.75p each which is a bit steep for some of them.
Takeaway review: ordered online via deliveroo, most of the food arrived hot but the pizzas were a bit cold, we also got the wrong pizzas. Luckily we’re not too fussy and ate them anyway.

I just had to leave a review for the amazing service that I received earlier today from a lovely lady on the phone at this Pizza Express. I had ordered a pizza through a courier I won't name! It was over an hour late and when I called to see where it was, this lovely lady explained it had been sat waiting to be collected all this time. Not only did she go away and chase the courier up for me but she also supplied me with a fresh pizza!! However, it was her kindness on the phone, as I'd had an awful day and being on the receiving end of such thoughtful customer service really made my day! Thank you! 😊

Having not been to a pizza express for years, I was so glad it was just as amazing as before!
Our server Emma was approachable, polite, very chatty and she really cared about us.
It’s the little things when you yourself as the customer receive a compliment so she definitely needs one back as she made our visit even more delightful.
We will definitely come back and I hope everyone who works there has a lovely Christmas :) x
