Kfc

The commercials made me go there for a made hot to order chicken sandwich, which when I got to the window it was in the bag, definitely not made hot when ordered. Only good thing is on the back of the receipt is a survey and you get a buy one get one free chicken sandwich. I can always reheat in my microwave.

They literally just said there wasn't anyone to cook a bucket of chicken so my husband would have to order 2 piece meals for 4 people in my family which equals 8 pieces of chicken total for my family and they sell a bucket with 12 pieces in it so they literally did not WANT to cook 4 extra pieces of chicken to complete my bucket. We gave Churches chicken our business instead, I understand being short staffed but only when what your doing makes sense which in this case it did not!

I stopped in for lunch as I was passing through I walked in the door used the restroom and left. Because the place smelled so bad of spoiled chicken that I almost threw up before I could use the restroom and get out. I’m sorry but I’ve been in food service off and on for years and worked at a KFC else where. The employees should make sure that a smell like that is taken care of one way or another. Were they cooking this chicken that smells so bad? I expect a restaurant to smell like the food they are serving not spoiled chicken.
