Taco Bell

My order was made wrong. We don't live in big spring, so I couldn't just take it back up there. I called and let the person that answered know our food wasn't made right, but because it was late we made the best of it. She said she was the manager and that since we ate the food that she couldn't refund my money. I had never asked for a refund, was only letting them know they messed up. I told her that I couldn't verify my order because their screen was froze with a previous order and an error message. She laughed and told me that NO their screen was not messed up. I felt like she didn't take the opportunity to show us good customer service. Just acknowledging their error and an apology would have sufficed. She was the manager too. Smh she had made the order herself per what was on the screen. She said next time I needed to have the DT person repeat my order back to me. She's right about that instead of assuming they can take an order correctly.

We tried to get dinner shortly after an 8 on a Saturday. They had locked the lobby and told us to use the drive-thru (even though their lobby hours go much later). When we told them we had an RV and couldn’t fit through the drive-thru they told us we were out of luck and refused service. We’ve traveled around the country and get Taco Bell often and even when the lobby is closed the employees have always been friendly and helpful and let us get a quick to-go order. This Taco Bell is apparently the exception. Even the friendly Long John Silvers employees next door thought they were being ridiculous. If you want good service definitely go to the Long John Silvers next door instead.
