Prides Pizza

I have been ordering delivery from this establishment for years but lately the quality of the food has lowered significantly. Within a week the chicken has been delivered very hard to chew. Not sure if it is a really old or overcooked. Called the store twice to make them aware of the poor quality. I had to throw away 2 chicken kabobs and one order of ziti with broccoli and chicken. I am not sure what happened to this restaurant, new cook? I was told that I would be refunded for the chicken kabob but it has not happened yet. I am sorry that I can't use this place anymore. It was very convenient and the food was ok, not great but eatable. Now, it is unbearable.

3/27/22: Called in one pizza for pick up early on a Sunday afternoon and was told it would be 20-minutes. Arrived to pick up 20 minutes later and waited another 40 minutes for the pizza to come out. The woman at the counter kept saying another 5 minutes. Over 60 minutes for a single pizza at 2pm on a Sunday. Really frustrating experience.

Worst Deli in New England. Filthy Kitchen, Terrible food, and Incompetent "chefs." If you DO happen to get take-out, make sure you keep the receipt...that way, when you come down with severe food poisoning, or discover that your food has been burnt beyond recognition, you'll have proof (both of which happened to me). When confronted, they refuse to reimburse their customers, offering instead to make you another one of their disgusting subs. The only reason this place is still in business is because they deliver up til 2AM . The bulk of their business comes from Endicott and Gordon College. Their pizza is garbage (worse than dominos if you can believe that), tasteless and paper-thin, with hardly any cheese or sauce. Most of their employees don't last more than a month which demonstrates the stressful, poor working conditions they endure. The place is right out of an Orwellian novel. So, in conclusion, If you enjoy spending the night puking into a bucket then Prides Deli is the place for you!

We just happened upon this place at 8pm on a Sunday night and man let me tell you it was good. The Almy will change your life. It is steak and chicken peppers onions buffalo sauce. One of the best subs I have ever had. I live an hour away but am going to have to find a reason to come back this way again. Excellent
