Dunkin'

Very cute and nice Dunkin. Nice sitting area. There is no free parking, only meter parking. There is no drive through, but there is walk through))) There are two entrances. There are men and women bathrooms, but had OUT OF ORDER notes on doors, but the doors were open. My Avocado toast was missing everything spice on top and was placed on top of the box, so when I flipped assuming it would be on right position Avocado side ended up on the bottom. It's ok. I didn't make a bug deal out of it. I know wasn't done on purpose. A guy who took my order, and a girl who gave it to me were very nice and polite. I will return if I'm in the area.

This is the worst Dunkin location in the Lehigh Valley. You legitimately have to go on Twitter to DM Dunkin corporation account to even get ahold of a manager for a refund. Just put an order in at 7:30 this morning when they're to be open at 6. The woman at the window tells me they're closed right now. Will be sending a DM to Dunkin again about disappointment.

Went at 6:15 am this morning (7/9) as the Google listing said they opened at 6:00 am. The shop was pitch black and closed, no one to be seen. Please update your listing so it is accurate. Again on 8/18 at 7:10 pm, went for a coffee. Google listing stated they were open until 8:00 p.m. but when I tried to go inside or order at window, everything was locked and I saw them turn off the lights. Again, please update your listing to reflect the actual times you are open.

No drive thru.. door is locked at 630 and can't get inside have to stand in cold to get your order.. only order a coffee gotta wait for people ordering food too kinda annoying... next time I'll waste my gas and drive sit in a drive thru stay warm.. dunking is paying for heat in there building just for one worker..if u are paying heat let the customers use it while they wait 10 mins with just one person in front of them... order bagels toasted gotta sit wait freezing just to get a single coffee.. worst dunkin I ever been too.. the lock the door thru out the day too forcing you to goto their window and u gotta stand there and wait til the lazy workers decide to want to take your order

Genuinely the worst Dunkin i’ve ever been to. waited 30 minutes for my order where they got almost every single part wrong. for example, i ordered a pomegranate refresher and got a peach refresher with whipped cream and sprinkles ...which doesn’t even come with any of their refreshers. By the time I got my order after waiting the 30 minutes, all of the food and my chai latte were cold. they also took the receipt from me and threw it away so i presumably wouldn’t call corporate ??? not sure if that’s the exact reason but it’s the only justification i could think of. i genuinely don’t know how you can mess up this bad.
