The Borderline was originally a Perkins but has been recast as a family run restaurant that offers up generous portions of home-style meals at a great price.
One of my favorites places to go for breakfast in the Lehigh Valley. My go-to is the Greek Omelet (add tomatoes), home fries, and rye toast. They have added a group of new items to the menu such as the Grecian Quesadilla – Gyro meat, feta, tomato, and eggs inside a pressed pita. They offer a variety of pancakes- chocolate chip, blueberry, banana walnut – that are hot off the grill and delicious.
There is a bakery case that has pies, cakes, and cookies to eat in the restaurant or to go.
They have a spacious dining room and a small counter for seating. Place is usually very busy on Sunday mornings. Fast and friendly service from the wait staff and hosts.

First time here for breakfast. Food was pretty good. Prices are decent. Daughter really enjoyed her breakfast

Stopped in a few weeks ago for breakfast and was promptly seated and served two scrambled eggs, crispy home fries, four savory sausage links, an English muffin and rye toast. If you're in for dinner, I recommend their club sandwich. Very good paired with their golden fries. Great spot for any meal no matter what time of day.

Staff were lovely and main course was delicious with generous portions. However the soup was bland to the point of tasting pasty and what passes for the salad bar was watery (veggies) and bland (potato & macaroni salads). Extra star added for being clean and having ample staff.

Menu is incredibly hard to use on website, pricing is incorrect and check your takeout orders to ensure all items are there. Ordered the "short Cali French toast", apparently the eggs are an additional add on even though they are on the description of coming with. And didn't get the home fries. In short ordered 2 items priced $7.39 and was charged $11.95. Used to like spending my money here, not anymore.

Mother's Day family gathering. Management very accommodating to group of 12. Food hot and tasty. Wide variety on the menu, well priced.

Nice homey atmosphere. Ordered breakfast and it was ok. Not bad but nothing over the top. Saw other plates and food looked good. Would go again.

We went there for breakfast. Food was not that good. All three of us had different items and all said we should have gone somewhere else.
