The Brick

Located in the heart of downtown Bethlehem. Great atmosphere. The pizza is delicious. However it is the entrees that keep me coming back. The food is delicious! The portion sizes are perfect. The prices are good. Clean and well maintained. This is the perfect place to start at then leave and explore downtown!

Ordered in tonight from Brick and received our margarita pie which was delicious , penne vodka which was not flavorful at all and barely had any sauce. We also got lobster Mac and cheese and there was absolutely no cheese or sauce . It was lobster over no seasoned penne. Really let down because whenever we eat IN the restaurant it’s always amazing.

We visited this location after seeing an ad in the Lehigh Valley Style magazine for their pizza burger. The location is in downtown Bethlehem and offers inside and outdoor dining. We ordered the pizza burger and actually rate it a 3.5 out of 5 for a few reasons. The bun was not a garlic knot bun (as advertised), it could have had a bit more sauce (needed to order extra sauce and was charged for it) and also could use more cheese. The meat itself and fries were excellent. We also order a to go brick oven pizza pie which was good. The service was very good and will return to try other options.
