Panda Express

Ordered the three plate deal with Kung Pao Chicken, Sesame seed chicken and Pepper Steak. The Sesame Chicken wasn’t great as well as the King Pao - nothing to write home about but in the scoop of Steak were all mushrooms and some other veggies with one piece of steak the size of a quarter and the other piece maybe 1 inch long and the width of a No. 2 pencil. Panda used to be pretty good but is quite terrible now. Steak If I remember correctly is like $1.25 extra. With inflation going on and everything extra expensive now it’s not ok to rip people off. I NEVER write reviews over this kind of stuff but I just had to vent. Never going back to Panda period and I’d say to anyone going to the Bernalillo location to totally avoid.

After reading people's comments, wow. It's like everyone has forgotten places are still understaffed and a lot of complaints can be related to that point. Doors locked? Maybe they don't have enough staff to ensure a clean lobby to eat in. Dirty lobby? Maybe the staff is more focused on getting food made so people won't complain about long waits/ limited options as well as Maybe having had a rush and haven't gotten to it yet. Poor service? Maybe people are stressed from long hours and/or having to deal with entitled abusive customers. Plus could be new people who don't quite know what they are doing but are learning. It's funny how people expect maximum by people paid minimum. You get what the company pays for. You get what the company trains for. Most big companies give limited training hours to save them money which basically throws new employees to the wolves. It's a snow ball effect. If you're not happy with the way a store is run complain to the company for better/longer training. Push for respectable pay so people can have an optimistic reason to deal with abusive customers daily. This place hasn't always gotten my order correct or the food been perfect but it saved me from having to cook and clean a dinner.

There’s a girl there that’s super rude and cuts people off when you order or ask questions, I order the same thing every time, orange chicken. And every time I order it I’m there for over 10 minutes even though I’m ordering orange chicken and rice, how hard is it to be nice and at least ask if people want sauce? Never will be going back to a bernalillo Panda Express again.

It’s 9.09 pm the dining room is closed although their hours clearly state 10 pm they made us go to the drive thru asked them why the lobby is closed and the guy said oh we close the lobby at 9pm and the drive thru at 10 a woman stepped onto the conversation and said have a nice day and basically sent us on our way. Please don’t waste your time and money at this location. Poor service.

My first time purchasing from this Panda Express location and my last! Especially after reading the other reviews! Ordered Chow Mein/Fried Rice/Steamed Rice. No fried rice? Ok? Sweet fire chicken has been sitting in the same pan under heat lamps since lunch time! I say this because I ordered my food at 5:11P.M. Right at dinner rush! Nothing was freshly made. They should just shut the doors and close up!!! Their receipt is a joke also. No Panda Express or any Business Identification imprinted on the face of the reciept! Something very wrong!

This a great chain restaurant location. This location features excellent service. This location always is fast and easy to access. It is conveniently located around other chains gas stations as well as car service and shopping. There are a variety of drink options as well. This restaurant features plenty of parking as well as handicap specific parking on three sides. There are two entry doors and each lead directly to the parking. The drive through is large, easy to access and fast. I have been to a lot of panda express that runs out of fresh entrees but this one always has fresh entrees available. Overall one of my favorite panda locations: great staff and management. :-))
