Dunkin'

Ordered two bagels with cream cheese I got two non-cooked bagels squished into a triangle with ice cold cream cheese packs on the side. I asked if they could put the cream cheese on they put the cream cheese ice cold in one big blob in the center of the bagel and smash them together in about three seconds. Very strange to me. I looked at them and immediately asked for a refund. The girl at the register Who processed it had a terrible attitude. When I asked if she wanted to see them she said no I’m all set with a nasty attitude. I told her the customer service was a bit tough and she looked right at me and said I really don’t care. I used to order there every other morning when I get my gas I will no longer be coming here. Not even for gas. 9:50am on 6/9/22. She knows who she is.

If I could rate ZERO I would. I am not sure what happened to this location but over the past 3 months this establishment has increasingly went into the dumps. I was a frequent customer but not anymore! The new skinny manager with glasses needs to be replaced because it’s obvious she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Where is the old manager and the old crew? Coming from an individual who runs my own business, you should have taken care of your old manager because her leaving has to be hurting the business drastically. There is a complete new staff, who needs to get their heads out of their ASS’!! I wait in line for almost 15-20 minutes. It’s ridiculous. The other day I tried to go inside and I should have just stayed in my car. The interior of this place looks exactly like it is. A truck stop. For a business to be serving food, the health department needs to be called. I will be taking my business elsewhere! I would rather pay an extra 3$ for a coffee then dealing with this everyday!

I never post reviews but this Dunkin is by far the best. They have a super friendly, quick staff! My pup Grace looks forward to saying hi to them every morning in the drive through!! Edit - the manager Simone, is so longer there. The lines are long. Coffee is bad. Food is half cooked. This place has to be the best but did a big 360 down hill. Please being back the “old employees”.
