Alright as they need more staff and better customer service and need better deals when using the Subway app.

Telegraph and Bancroft what do you expect? I eat there often. It's close by and cheap. You might even say boring. So today I order the new Southwest Chicken Club and no one there knows what's on it. The pictures on their menu show what looks like Guacamole. I googled it. It lists guacamole as one of the ingredients. I was charged for Guacamole anyway and I ordered the meal. I only got one cookie by the way. I was told only certain Subway stores include guacamole. This one doesn't. They are usually busy and they make a good sandwich there. Today was just an off day I guess? My advice, just order the daily special and tell them what you want on it.

This location is absolutely terrible. The customer service is nonexistent. I can live without the bubbly over the top service, but the workers are just straight up rude. When I asked for extra lettuce the man helping me literally refused to give me more. My entire interaction was disrespectful and the salad I ended up with was the worst I'd ever gotten from a subway, ever. Do NOT go to this location.
I hope the owner of this subway will read these reviews. You can see multiple people have complained about a male employee. He is not a good worker and should be fired.

I walked in and the employee was just standing on her phone in my sight. When I called out for assistance about 3 times, she just grunted like I was interrupting her life. In the past, they’ve been stingy with serving sizes, now they don’t even serve at this location. I used to love subway until this location.

I have never been so disgusted by the food preparation at subway. The man making my sandwich put some of the meat into my sandwich, and then left the rest on the counter, while he proceeded to walk around touching everything in his sight (including a filthy door) before returning to putting the rest of the meat in my sandwich. He did all this without changing the pair of gloves he was wearing; he did not change his gloves once the entire time I was in the store.

It's an alright subway worst than most but not bad. Subway isnt great in general they over charge for what they give and give very little, low quality food, but it's cheaper than a real sandwich so...

Best place for lunch, especially ordering on App saves me much waiting time. Clerks are really polite and kind!! I love to order it with my friends after classes.

Subway - the go-to place when you're looking for something cheap but healthy to eat. It's actually not that bad, just like other Subway locations they have the footlongs, 6 inch subs, desserts, drinks, etc. Very small store though with seating for barely more than 8 or so people. Like the Chipotle branch close by, Subway can get crowded during the lunch hour quite fast. Service is good overall.
