Poke Parlor

They cancelled my order. Didn't tell me. I called them. They said they were out of chicken so instead of offering me another meal they cancelled. They didn't seem to care that they wasted the dashers time as well as mine. The dasher lost money. The restaurant lost money. And I'm left with a terrible experience with your restaurant for the first time.

I always had the build my own bowl and they got pretty monotonous. I usually like to stuff my bowls but wanted to try something new and try some new flavours around. The ceviche bowls is really good. I think they use real lime for their citrusy touch. The only thing I found odd about it is that carb option for it which is pretty much just purple tortilla chips. I also really enjoy the miso soup. Always very tasty, savoury, and delicious. They have really nice interior decor and it's very lovely. A lot of natural sunlight. The typography of the decor is really nice. Very aesthetically pleasing. The service is a mixture. I sometimes get jolly people and thanking me for my service. And there's time where I go in and it's just cold and they communicate with their eyes or something. I would like to see more happy faces. Also every time I order online and I get notified that my stuff is ready and I get to the place, it would not be ready. This has happened several times.
