Birds Eye Chilli Soup - A zesty mix of steamy rice noodles, spicy broth, and bird's eye chilli. Dikke Friejtes - An traditional Belgian dish, our Dikke Friejtes are flavor-packed, and the thick batons of fried potato reach a whole new level when combined with béarnaise sauce & herbs. Angry beetroot: is a typical bar snack wherein thin raw batons.of beetroot are fried with rice powder or cornflour. Hence it stays crisp.and yet a bit hard coz it is not boiled first like in other dishes and tossed in a fiery chilli pepper sauce. A Canadian home delicacy in most homes, the name ANGRY is attributed to the fact that the person gets angry due to the hard texture of the beetroot inside the covering as it is raw. Clay Oven Roast Malai Paneer: is the typical Tandoori dish but presented in a different way as per the Chef's choice. Pizza Neapolitan: is the homestyle pizza common to most Italian homes, wherein the fresh pizza base is rolled and smeared with San Marzano tomatoes and put to bake. After taking it out of the oven, it is topped with FRESH MOZZARELLA cheese and FRESH BASIL leaves before it is served. The difference between this pizza and regular Margherita pizza is that the Margherita is topped with all ingredients including cheese and then baked in the oven. Hence, the Neapolitan pizza has a harder crust around while the fresh mozzarella cheese slowly melts on the pizza due to heat of the pizza, not inside the oven. Tiramisu: A classic Italian coffee liqueur based dessert made with sweet Mascarpone cheese which is alternatively layered with ladyfinger biscuits dipped in the coffee liqueur. Served chilled. Apple Crumble: A dessert from the Great Britain, this dessert involves apple cooked and smeared with a.mixture of cinnamon powder and powdered sugar, filled inside with sweet Cream Anglaise sauce, served over crunchy crambles.
