My random window shopping visit to the Cycling Boutique Experience Center years back was an entrance into Bliss. Though I was first confused about the external appearance of the building as I couldn't recognise the building by appearance, stepping into Cycling Boutique was like entering a realm where passion for cycling danced in the air. The very walls seemed to echo the heartbeat of riders who have found solace and joy in the world of wheels. The real passion for cycling is instantly evident in this meticulously envisioned project by Biju, who himself dedicated a major part of his life to cycling is great proof that this is driven by passion for cycling. The engineering knowledge of the team is well versed and their knowledge of serious topics like BikeFit is amazingly highest grade. People will have a real passion for carrying forward what their brainchild is extremely rare in today's world - Biju proves and makes cyclists proud. Very evident when you see fellow cyclists giving due respect on the shop floor. Had the opportunity to talk about this with many of them and they all affirm the genuine care offered at Cycling Boutique. What truly stole my heart was the genuine connection with the team. They weren't merely selling bikes; they were sharing in the joy of riding with the highest knowledge and precision. Their expertise felt like a guiding hand, steering me towards the perfect fit for my cycling dreams. They understand that a bike is not just a machine; it's a trusted friend - every time I dropped in, I felt this and saw it in action. Having visited and experienced bike shops around the world and the rest of India, If I were to wish for more, it would be to continue weaving this emotional tapestry. Giving a 5 star rating for the sheer fact that that's the best I can give. It surely is a place worth so much more over 5 stars. This place came highly recommended by my coach par excellence. So I knew, even before visiting that this won't go wrong. I've done multiple visits in the last one month to get various things done on my old and new bike. Every single time the experience has been awesome. The time Biju gave to help me get the right fit is unbelievable. Yeah, I do agree it's difficult to get his time but that's purely because of the quality of service provided. It is top notch. There is no compromise here. It's like the waiting we endure to see a senior doctor 😁 Pray hard so that you can catch him when he is free. Rest assured you'll walk out (ride out, rather) with no complaints whatsoever

Worthy puchase spare part from cycling boutique. I have online many products from this store and received a valuable and original parts only. Also, the best experience I learnt that was I made a mistake two times in choosing the spare part. But still I was able to return the same to the store and refund which gives me a chance to find the prefer product to other store. For me Cycling Boutique is much better than Cyclop.

Had my bike serviced by CB . Overall an amazing experience and the attention to detail by Mr Biju is what make it special.The best part is that they systematically evaluate the condition of each component and rate its condition. This is followed by a detailed explanation of the service plan. Now i feel like a bike nerd. The bike feels brand new and would highly recommend the place for bike service

I reached out to the good folks at cycling boutique over their website and subsequently through their WhatsApp support number for some guidance during the buying process. Their customer support was fantastic and I was able to lock-in and pickup the perfect hydration pack from hydrapak. They were able to ship the product to me within Bangalore on a Sunday the same day as the order was placed. I think this is going above and beyond to serve the customer. For all beginners and pro cyclist, if you haven't been to this place, you are missing a lot. The place is rightly called as experience centre, the owner of this place is a walking encyclopedia and very polite and courteous. Had a great time speaking to him. I was there to buy a cyclocomp and a multitool, got both. Also the place has got a very good collection of bikes and experienced staff. Give it a try.
