This was my second time for the surgery of my Mother-In-Law in Sagar Hospital Jayanagar. Sincerely thank Dr. Subash, Dr Nikita from (General Surgery) and Dr Jagadish from Internal Medicines for providing the best treatment & care. Generally, the staff was very supportive and cafeteria serves good food at reasonable price for attenders.

Had a minor operation for my son. The staff were very courteous, the food served to the patient was very good. The rooms are clean and the bed sheets are changed everyday. It’s not crowded. The admission and Discharge was very smooth. Finally the bill was much much lesser than expected and everything was covered by our insurance. Thanks to the hospital, doctors, nurses and attending staff.

Hospital: Well maintained with clean environment hospital l have noticed during my stay for 26 days for treatment to my wife. Doctors: Dr. Raghunanthan, Cardiologist and his team was excellent in taking care of the Patients. Who has brought my wife to life from Critical stage to life. Specially Dr. Raghunanthan compassionate and care towards patients and encouraging not to lose hope to the patients attenders is highly appreciated and also recommend for availing treatment for the ailing heart patients. Staff Nurses: The staff nurses are very attentive towards patients. Staff Nurses namely Shankutala, Shreelekha, Radhika, Roopa, Zuma, Vimal and other staff are skilled and trained staff and good at their job. Their services are highly appreciated for for their care skill, professionalism. Physiotherapist: Miss Shruti excellent and taken very good care by giving physical excercises to the patients. My wife was bed ridden made her to stand and walk few steps.Hard working indivudual and her services are highly appreciated. House Keeping: Kumari Sabina in-charge of the house keeping who cares for the cleanliness and tidy. Because of her efforts and her Asst Smt Sulochana are very good in extracting work from the house keeping staffs in order to keep ward, varendha, toilets and common places in the premises of the hospital areas. Time to timeTheir services are highly appreciated. Some of the house keeping staffs namely Jameela, Yeshodamma are promp in cleaning and changing the the Diaper, cleaning and changing the bedsheet, blankets for the patients. Their services are to be regarded and appreciated. Overall the hospital is recommend for treatment.

My son had extremely high fever and was diagnosed with viral fever and sore throat. We had consulted with Dr. Pratyush Miglani and Dr prescribed antibiotics, my son was cured in 2 days and resumed his work. Amazing staff and amenities and a special thanks to Dr Miglani and the staff of Sagar hospitals.

A year ago, my mother had to undergo surgery for stroke. Today she is doing so good that we all are extremely happy. All that she is now is because of Dr Manmeet! He is equivalent to god for us. We are very thankful to have such doctor at the right time! Such an kind hearted person. Heartful gratitude to you Sir!

I would give this place 5 stars except for their billing and admission department. The management needs to improve the non medical parts of this office. Their admission department is like a government office from 1970. They are very slow and not at all customer/patient frendly. They are still paper based and not digital. When I told the admission department this they blamed upper management instead of trying to understand and help the patient Their billing department is extremely slow. I came in for a one overnight procedure. The next day the doctor finished my discharge papers at 730am and the insurer was also ready to accept the claim. It took them FOUR hours to assemble the bill for a one-day stay. They only hurried up when I threatened to leave the hospital room and sit with them with my IV My suggestion is you please raise this issue with them beforehand and also give the hospital low marks on this front. They will not improve on this front unless enough people complain . Medical side. I came in for a vascular procedure. Everything was smooth and easy. Full marks here

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful concern in regard to my grandmother who is 86 years and went with spo2 79-80 I had almost lost a hope with your care and instructions in regard to health condition and providing her with excellent medical and physical care and also taken care almost delivering oxygen and medicine as well to my door step .
