Andal Mess

Andal mess is one of the few restaurants in Bangalore that delivers authentic Tamil Nadu style non vegetarian food that’s spicy and delicious, just the way it’s supposed to be. Not my first visit, well definitely not my only visit. Was extremely hungry ended up here, ordering a nice egg Dosa, with some pepper chicken, superbly delicious, with the right pepper punch, but though it lacked a little salt. Next was a Parota to seal the dinner deal, a little less crispy than I would have expected, nevertheless, authentic to the core and delicious. This place is highly recommended for anyone who is craving for some Tamil Nadu cuisine but can’t make it to Hosur (or Ambur) in time.

Nice place for tasty Tamil Nadu style food. Not much spicy but tasty food. It doesn't have much ambience, a pocket friendly restaurant at prime location. Mutton sukka, aatukal soup and idly mutton curry, whatever I have tried all were good. Between the bunch of Andhra Briyani one best place for Tamil Nadu style Briyani

Andal Mess is quite good place. Restaurant is built up in an old traditional style. But the food is Amazing. They serve you Banana leaf to eat food on instead of plates, which i like the most as banana leaf has many Advantages to have food on it. I tried kutu Parotha which is nice also Biryani, I like the both taste is good. The place is decent and under budget. Simply a decent place under budget with good food.

Does what it says on the board outside. Classic, Tamil Non Vegetarian food served quickly, on a banana leaf in a super-basic space. Try their whole fried quail and their Mutton kheema balls. Service is efficient and helpful. Hygiene is decent. Pricing is very good. The taste is authentic. This is a great place for a quick but hearty meal.
