Noodle Box

Refused refund after I tried arguing about no beef or fresh ingredients, manager emptied my noodle box into the wok and pointed out the 3 pieces of beef and said that’s what you get they are big. Been in a lot as a delivery driver and won’t go back. Assumed it wouldn’t be good with 4 restaurants running out of one kitchen and I was right.

Ordered a large Singapore noodles. Service at the counter was good. Obnoxious front of house staff Was SCREAMING the order numbers out at a ridiculous volume. Got home to eat, in a very good size serving I had 2 tiny prawns 1 TINY piece of pork and one piece of chicken. 18.50 for what was essentially noodles, curry powder and trace meat.

My delivery driver and I just had quite the adventure with this Noodle Box. Normally they're great in person, but today I made the mistake of ordering online delivery. I ordered at 7:20, expecting it to arrive at 8. 8 rolls around. My driver texts me -- he's still at Noodle Box. They claim they can't find my order on the system. So I send him the details I got from my online receipt -- the number, the order number, my order. Then they say another driver took my meal. Alas, nothing arrived at my house. Not wanting to leave my poor delivery driver in the lurch, I tried ringing them to sort it out myself. Every call I made wasn't answered. So the driver waits there (an unfortunate waste of his time that I feel awful about), and finally, at around 8:15, they miraculously find my order in their system, incomplete. He books it to my place and I finally receive my food. He was frustrated with them, to say the least. "No coordination, no interest to sort the issue out". To add insult to injury: in their rush to complete my order, they got it incorrect. And there is no way to directly contact them -- online or over the phone (since they don't answer it) -- to either complain or get it corrected. Disappointing, to say the least.

While I was waiting for my food in store, I literally saw one of the workers pick up noodles with his bare hands (no gloves or anything) on numerous occasions and with that same hand, wipe the sweat off his forehead AND the mucus off his nose! When I went to collect my food, I caught the same employee grab handfuls of food from the container with his bare hands! None of the staff are wearing any gloves or hair nets and it really goes to show why the quality of food has gotten so much worse. I used to go here all the time but after seeing that I am deeply disgusted.

Very delicious meals , and even tho we ordered the "small" serving each , it was more than enough to satisfy our hunger ... The box it came in must be built like the TARDIS ( yes a Dr Who reference) as when we put it out on a plate , it filled the entire plate ... Surprised us in a good way .... Lol Will be back again this Anzac long weekend I'm sure of it
