Kfc - Long John Silvers

If I could give them negative stars I would. We went there this evening and ordered a 3 piece, a tenders meal and 2 chicken littles. We waited OVER a half an hour. Nobody updated us, when we called we were promptly hung up on. Then when we finally received our food it was the wrong order. I've never had such poor service, absolutely horrid. The food we did get was not good. It was soggy and mangled breading and cold biscuits. If you're hungry don't go here.

They forgot to give me my drink, sprite with no ice. So I reversed back up to the window (nobody behind me thankfully). Got a sprite with ice... .. . Then parked to check the rest of my order (also removed the ice from my drink) & then had to go inside to get my honey mustard. Tenders are lukewarm sadly.

This kfc is famous for forgetting cookies and occasionally a drink.you have to keep on your toes.you have to ask them are my cookies in the bag.i've never had an issue with the staff other than they don't give you the correct food items or not enough food items.they need more staff there.being short staffed causes workers to have to hurry to get the food out so remember to ask if all your food is in your bag...

This is by far my least favorite KFC in the United States. I absolutely love KFC. There isn’t an item on the menu that I don’t enjoy. That being said, there hasn’t been an item from this location that I’ve enjoyed in a long time. The food is never fresh, the wait is at minimum 30 minutes and more often then not they’re out of something major like Mashed Potatoes or Mac and cheese. This location is not clean. Not the tables, not the floor, not the bathroom and not the person grabbing my cooked food with their bare hands. Every once in a while I used to get great service with my cold, wrong order but now the customer service matches the food. Avoid this location.
