Dunkin'

Who ever the super polite lady is give her a raise. Me and my family love ordering our drinks at this location. She's always super sweet and polite. Not every Dunkin is created equal and that's fore sure. Plus everyone in my family is picky and wants there drinks a certain way which makes this difficult for the employees. Thank you!

First I want to start off saying the staff was very friendly and helpful. That's why I'm giving a 3 star vs 2. The reason why I'm giving a low rating is because even though they were well staffed they didn't have much to choose from. I do want to mention they were busy too but with the amount of staff on they shouldn't of had an issue. There were hardly any doughnuts and very limited on bagles. I honestly didn't knotice the amount of muffins. On top of that mom's coffee came out horrible. They were nice enough to remake it and it came out much better. So thank you for that. The order also had some other items. My tea came out perfect! Thank you!!! I did get the doughnut fries. There was poppy seeds mixed in...I've had them in other locations and never have I seen them with poppy seeds. Another item in the order was a bagle and cream cheese. Dont forget to put a knife in the bag. It's hard to spread without it! Before leaving I did let the staff know that they were almost out of straws. The small we're empty and the large we're almost out. Also, the tables were unclean and there were a lot of flys in there.

if i could give less than 1 star i would, worst dunks i've been to!! we get iced coffees & they are never made correctly. my husband gets defcaf & always have to go back to correct it. labels are incorrect as a well. few times we were refused to get our coffees corrected we had to go to another dunks to get them made correctly. drive through wait times are ridiculous... such a shame.

Love both the hot and iced coffee. The coffee is never so strong that I can't drink it, like Starbucks, which gets tossed after one sip. New England definitely runs on Dunkin. Great selection of drinks with special drinks for each season and major holidays. Donuts and breakfast sandwiches are yummy. Hours of operation accommodate are sufficient. I can always rely on DD coffee, no matter what state I'm in, makes me feel I'm home.
