The tall blond woman this morning of September 27, 2021 she was flat out rude I didn’t appreciate her at all- manager you better take care of that rude employee of yours. Not the first time she is rude to me, she needs some training on manners. The other employee was nice she helped me after all. Not happy with that girl at all

The staff here is very nice and patient, giving really good advice about my tea lemonade, which resulted in even better taste than the original taste! O got the guava white tea lemonade, and he suggested to skip the extra sweetener since the guava syrup is sweet enough already. And he was right! My drink was delicious! Thank you!

I asked for a little heavy cream to be added to my iced coffee and when it rang it up as an extra $.60, I mentioned that I am not usually charged because all I want is a splash. He took it off and the girl making my coffee acted like I was asking for the world. She gave me literally a splash on top of the coffee, which did not even fll the cup. She was pretty rude about the whole thing. Won't go back to that Starbucks!

The parking lot is the biggest joke in the history of the automobile. There's quite a few spaces but they are always filled, probably by the people who seem to always be taking up a four person table by themselves with a laptop. And if you happen to get a space, good luck leaving as your probably blocked in by three more winners who make up their own spots and just let the rest of us figure it out.
