Got off the interstate to get me some dinner on 2-18-22 at 9:45 pm. Google stated they were open and they were not. I feel like a restaurant of there capacity/size that they could have updated there time on Google. I was really looking forward to getting some Arby's.

Arby's now has a smaller menu and they're trying to steal the Burger business away from those who have been doing burgers for a long time period the sad news…. they no longer have root beer floats! Not to worry people of Belmont just down the road Wendy's has a very nice size for less than $2.50. It's delicious.

Stopped in tonight for dinner, sat in the drive-thru for about 5 mins. Couldn’t get an answer there was about 3 cars behind us. Saw a guy taking trash out asked him if they was open he said they close at 8pm. Clearly the hours say 10pm. Maybe update the hours online. Then came back threw from another restaurant and even more cars where waiting outside. Unbelievable! Update the store hours or stay open till 10pm !

Not the first time this has happened, but wife stopped to get us lunch on the way home and ordered our usual meals. She gets all the way home and her meal was correct, mine wasn't even close. Guess that is what we get for not checking before driving off.

This place constantly closes at random early hours. Tried to get something today at 8:15, closed again for the third time in a week. I can understand having to have adjusted hours with staffing issues, but if it's more common to be closed than open the hours should be updated instead of having to call every time you want a quick place to eat.

We just come back from a long trip and we decided the instead of going home and fix and something to eat that we would just eat at arby's. Everybody was so nice and the place was so clean. It really was so relaxing. We rested enough that when we got home that was the energy that we needed to unload the car.

Awesome food, and great customer service. I used to work here years ago, and the atmosphere has changed for the better. Will definitely be back

Staff wasn't friendly at all
Food was bland and FF wasn't hot. Cheese sticks wasn't hot. Couldn't eat them with out choking.
