It’s amazing how most all McDonald’s seem to get our order correct except the two stores in Shelby NC. My wife mostly orders a quarter pound hamburger with only mustard; no cheese,no pickles,ketchup, or onions…only meat.mustard, and bun. Seems simple enough! The store we visited today was in Belmont. They got it correct and the burgers and fries were hot & fresh. Take a lesson from this store Shelby!

This place is a joke went September 18 and was told to park gor food waited 30 min. Then had to call 2 times to to get my food brought out . went back tonight September 21st 2021 thought i would try 1 more time I ordered a quarter pounder and I received a very RAW quarter pounder. I do not recommend this place at all manager do not care at all and employees are just as bad.

Food is as good as to be expected. The drive-thru moves at a reasonable pace. The food is right most of the time if you don't have any special requests, but that is typical of most fast food restaurants. The price for McDonalds has almost become unworthy of the food quality, though. My family of five can't go there and get food without spending $50 or more and that is just one meal each and teas. I limit my number of visits here because if that and only go for my children.

The Happy meal is always #1 with the kids. My Carmel Cold coffee was a bit too watery.

This is actually one of the better McDonald's locations in the area. The service might be a little slow, but that's to be expected with staffing shortages and whatnot, but the staff they do have are just as pleasant as can be, and hardly ever have issues with food quality, except fries, which are hard to maintain anyway. But no undercooked meat and they at least understand my request for "NO ICE!"

Slow, always so slow.
Doesnt matter if its 2 cars in the drive thru or 12, they only have one pace and that is S L O W. Honestly, either shut a drive thru lane down or close the lobby but waiting for 20 minutes to order when there were only 3 people in front of me is ridiculous as hell.

Very big line, no curbside pick up after 10. You would easily spend 30-40 min to get your order in the drive thru

This is a sausage and egg mcmuffin with NO American cheese. Same last Wednesday except they did use Sausage instead of Canadian bacon. Many years ago this Belmont store had a great manager. He moved up the chain and left us with this. Sad.
3/26/21 @ 7:30 AM. A month later, sausage biscuit add egg. no cheese. Since I couldn't eat the biscuit, at least the coffee got rid of the hunger pains. Still one star.
