Placed order using mobile app and in store pickup. When I went for pickup the door was locked and had a notice “for all orders placed use drive through”. There is no point in placing mobile order with in store pickup option. The drive through was long, dead slow service, took 48 minutes to get my food from drive through window. TERRIBLE SERVICE 👎🏽.
Impossible whopper burger is good, deluxe chicken burger tasted good, but terrible packing, sauces and toppings were just overflowing, poor packing 👎🏽. Worst service 👎🏽.

Short of a few key items but... Pandemic. We enjoyed Ch'Kings (Deluxe) freshly made and the dogs ate a burger patty. Friendly staff.

Customer service was very poor. I don't need any attitude from my server. This is Burger King. Have it your way right? Wrong. I wanted a whopper they said we are only selling breakfast. I've never had this problem at any other location. I'll just spend my money at Jack n the box from now on. Unbelievable.

I so love the double burgers, especially with bacon. The sweet ones that serve us at the window are helpful and pleasant, (most). Lol
You can tell the difference between grilled and flame-broiled. I have always preferred the taste of backyard BBQ, rather than the flat surface of an indoor grill, frying pan, or otherwise.

I picked up a no.2 meal on my way home last night. Burger not too bad but noticed a strand of long black hair when i cut it in half, pulled at it and out came a whole bunch of hair. Am still extremely grossed out😭😭😭😭

No indoor seating, very hard to understand staff. Chicken nuggets were old and dry, had to ask for dipping sauces. Fries were the only thing fresh..won't go back!

Didn't give us an entire meal in our $50+ order.
We noticed that a drink was missing, so we waited a minute after receiving the rest of our meal with the drive thru cashier standing there when she finally looked at us and asked, "Yes?" We said that we were missing a drink and she said, "I know," then proceeded to fill the missing drink and hand it to us. If you "knew" then why didn't you give it to us a minute ago?! Well, it's clearly because she didn't know since we got home and she had left out an entire meal.
I'm amazed that a Burger King can survive with this poor quality of service in such an expensive area. I bet if you told them that they're bad, they'd probably just say, "I know." smh

By far the slowest and most complicated Burger King I’ve ever been to. I have been multiple times and it’s a headache Everytime. Out of menu items, don’t honor deals on the app and there’s a certain drive thru lady is the worst. There will be two people in line and you wait at least 10 minutes.
