Subway

I tried to order from this subway through Postmates, like a do a few times a week. I waited half an hour for my order, when it was being picked up, the employee literally ran after my Postmate and chased her to her car because the order “disappeared” from his screen, he proceeded to take the sandwich back, and rudely tell me via phone “it’s not my problem, take it up with postmates”. My order was still open on my end and I had paid for it. Glitch or not, I’ve never seen such stinginess and rudeness to a customer over a simple sandwich.

I went to subway and i got a sandwich and when they were making the sandwich i got a lot of attidude from the maker of it. Terrible service. I got to my work and opened my sandwich and literally there was nothing, but bread and a few veggies!!!! I even called them back and they answered and the person argued with me about what happened. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 were terribly done. I was embarrassed for bringing these sandwiches to my co workers at work. I will never come back to that place ever again and will tell everyone that this establishment has terrible customer service.

This store needs to be closed down. Its shame for Subway to offer their franchisee to such owners. We came for a vegetarian sandwich. The employee made an sandwich with 4 tomatoes slices, 4 cucumber slices, little onions, 4 piece of olive, 4 piece of green pepper and lettuce. It was the thinnest sandwich I have ever seen. When I asked them to add a little more, everything would cost be 0.50 * no of vegetables. i.e a $5 sandwich would cost be $8 here. When I said its not fair, the employee started scolding in Spanish. He also mentioned that his owner has asked him to add only little vegetables. I contacted the owner and he mentioned that Subway's recipe includes only 4 pieces of each vegetable. When I told him that I will complaint to Subway, he asked him to shut up and he would give me a free sandwich.

Eat fresh??? Subway bills it's self as "fresh" when pre processed frozen produce comes bagged weekly. I ordered a breakfast sandwich , while it is agent's policy to toast with onions and olives it's okay to serve burned bread with frozen egg. All with an attitude. Funny watching an owner operator driver her own business away. Zero resolve. Vote with your dollars folks! Vote elsewhere.
