Dunkin'

The guy that always helps me is soooo super friendly! I love that first thing in the morning when I'm on my way to work. Buuuttttt, sometimes when I order a large drink, they give me a medium. I'm not sure if I'm still paying for a large and they're giving me a medium or what?! But there may be sometime of language barrier thing going on??? Maybe??? Either way, the macchiato I get is made perfectly (as opposed to the yahoo's at the flat Rock dunkin) and the staff is super nice!

The last couple times I’ve gone there they didn’t have the so called coffee rolls I desire. In fact they only had two different kinds of donuts for sale. It’s not like I’m showing up 20 minutes before close either, both times it was just after 1:00 p.m. I’m not sure how you call yourself Dunkin’ Donuts when all you care about selling is coffee.

GREAT SERVICE! I am a frequent customer; literally here almost every morning with the exception of weekends. I always get a caramel craze latte and maybe a bagel or bacon and cheese croissant. The two guys that work here in the morning have EXCELLENT customer service!! One messed my drink up (made it cold instead of hot due to me forgetting to say hot) and made it with grace no attitude and also said “sorry about that, I’ll remake it” and smiled. It is so good to have exceptional customer service along with my hot and tasty latte! It just starts the day off right, starting off with my prayer to God off course! EXCEPTIONAL JOB GUYS!!!
