I've never had a good experience here. They've been closed over an hour earlier than listed then screamed at me from the window they were closed. Waited almost 40 min just to place my order when there were only two cars ahead of me. My sandwich looked like roadkill hit twice and did not taste as expected not to mention landed me in the bathroom for an hour. But the most disappointing aspect is the two what used to be American flags but now look like they've been through the next two world wars. The only thing I can say positive is their twisted strawberry cones are extremely tasty.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR the 1105 South IL street location! Very ignorant and ugly management. Hung up in my face after I called in about burnt fries and cold food. I drove back to the store so we could maybe talk in person about this disrespect, and the cowardly lady wouldn’t even come to the window. Very pathetic. I spoke with the district manager and she offered a coupon book to shut me up, that I still haven’t received. She didn’t have the decency to call and let me know rather she had sent it off or not. I’ve reached out to corporate twice and no one has followed up. Nor have I received my refund and it’s been well over 7 business days! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. It even looks dirty on the outside! That’s what I get for trying this location anyway.

Horrific service staff should all be fired. Refused any order both online and in person by claiming multiple different reasons, "resgister down, no staff, we are closed." This was approx 7 hours before they are scheduled to even close. There was plenty staff and they were inside eating and seving what I could only assume be their friends. Multiple hang ups and horrible attitude.

This is the worst place ever! The staff here are rude and disgusting with their attitudes. They never have anything that I ask for. When I ask for icecream, they never have it. When I want to use my coupons, the system is down. Then they post "fried foods only". They also rush you when ordering. These women of color have extremely nasty attitudes! Women of color yall need to do better. With your unprofessional behind! 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Get these people some training or get rid of them seriously 😒 NORTH BELT WEST BELLEVILLE IL.

The woman at the window went OUT OF HER WAY to be passive aggressively rude! After sitting behind the other woman of color, listening to them chat it up for 5min. I pulled up, said hello & got, "5.80!". And she shut the door. When she came back I gave her the exact change. She started to hand me the bag & I asked for ketchup. She rolled her eyes & closed the door. Came back, reached under the counter(she WAS infront of), put ketchup in the bag and handed it to me. I said thank you. No reply. I then wished her a "Nice Evening" and she stared at me and closed the door. Guess I was too white to talk to!
