Horrible drive through. The Jack harlow meal came out 2 days ago and it’s on their sign, but the person at the drive through said they didn’t have it. Then another person spoke through the intercom saying they had it and asked for my drink. I said my drink and then it was silence. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and very old intercom system.

A couple of months ago I went to the Bel Air KFC drive-thru. I started to order and the lady told me they had no chicken. No chicken! (this visit was at lunchtime just so you know.) I let it go and decided to go to Popeye's instead. So today I thought I would try again as both Popeye's and Chick Filet were way backed up. Again, I drive up to the "drive-thru" (again at lunchtime) as I am in a bit of a hurry and don't want to get out. But this time I was told that if I wanted to order, I would have to come inside. I thought I misunderstood so I asked again. Nope, you can't order in the drive-thru now. You have to drive around the building, back out on the road and back into the parking lot and go in. Why not close the drive-thru so we don't drive up to it? Or get staff or whatever? Really it is no wonder the competitors are both succeeding and they are within blocks of each other. KFC franchise obviously not trying even a little bit or perhaps it is just this location. Sad times.

KFC charged me $5.00 plus tax for 5 pieces of hot wings (2 flats & 3 drums) about 2 inches long, they were so tiny that I just knew they made a mistake. I took them back and the cashier said that it wasn't a mistake. You better ask the size before buying the hot wings. Oh and they were not spicy hot
