Stopped in this afternoon to try the chef's chicken sandwich with Parmesan crisps. Attached are photos of what they advertise the sandwich to be, and what was actually served to me. With a $1 tip, the sandwich to go cost $13. The sandwich serving size weighed 217g, or about 7.65 oz. KFC's chicken sandwich weighs 10.3 oz and costs $4.59, Popeye's weighs 8.6 oz and costs $3.99. Both are a thousand times better than this joke of a chicken sandwich.
As for the Panera sandwich itself, the chicken weighed just under 4 oz (108g), was flavorless except a salty hint of soy sauce perhaps, and literally bone-dry. The lettuce was wilted, and what they're calling Parmesan crisps were little soggy pieces of Parmesan flavored cardboard discs that were placed directly on the aioli that was spread on the bottom bun causing them to sog out within a minute or two. There was nothing crispy about this sandwich whatsoever.
Out of every fast serve restaurant brand chicken sandwich that I have tried - and I have tried more than a dozen of them, this was by leaps and bounds the worst of all of them. You could have three crispy and juicy Popeye's sandwiches for the same price as one of Panera's really pitiful attempt to get into the chicken sandwich arena. Anyone that would pay $12 for this sandwich after reading this review would likely lose an IQ contest to an actual chicken.

I am sick and came to get a bowl of chicken noodle soup. There was such less noodles and no chicken. So expensive and can’t even give me enough of what I paid for. Never returning here again. I tried uploading a video and it wouldn’t work. Bougie restaurant with bad management obviously.

Customer service is awful. Food is good. Plenty of staff present, but they were ignoring customers and letting the phone ring. I had a pick up order that was wrong, and when I called about it, I got a "sorry, it's not my job but has been happening recently" and nothing else. I get better service at McDonald's. I'll be going to a different location in the future!

The location at Cedar Hills blvd gets 0 stars. I ordered an egg/bacon sandwich with egg over hard. They said "they only do over easy or scrambled". ??! Then they rudely talked about my order among themselves as I left, as if i had asked for something unreasonable. Just cook the egg longer, right? No one was in line beside me.... i don't get it. I asked the MOD but only got hard-ignored. So i left. Terrible customer experience, with rudeness.

First time eating here got a order delivered to work since it was a 5 minute walk and I’m hungry, deliver came into my job with a barrage of insults because their system didn’t put the name of my job on her navigator. I had already paid since is delivery but would like a refund based on the customer service displayed while I was on the clock. 2 stars because the food was food

Gone down hill lately, young kids basically running the place with little effort and interest in what the customer needs. Grilled sandwich not even close, more like warm bread.
Update: August 2021. Not much better, food portions seem to have shrunk. Note the amount of Mac and cheese in the bowl for almost $8, yikes!!

Anytime I order online, the order is never made. They say it's not ready yet and then proceed to not make the order, which is literally just a coffee. So I just stand there until I run out of patience and leave. A free trial subscription is not even worth the hassle of dealing with the stores incompetence.

Where is the avocado? The tomato? The roasted turkey? The cheese I payed extra for? The only thing they got right was the bread and the lettuce.
