Tonight was absolutely busier than ever. There had to be at least 30 people waiting on orders and only 3 employees on duty. The GM was running the show and completing orders super fast. He offered drinks to the crowd and was provided updates on customers orders. I was highly impressed as a Uber driver. NICE JOB!!!

Foods good but the wait is horrible. I understand this place is understaffed, like most businesses. But they really should communicate live times for pickup. I’ve been curbside for an order that’s almost 45 minutes late. They aren’t picking up their phones and they seemed very impatient on the phone. It’s too bad good needs better service.

Never again. Should have know cause the last time I went it was pretty meh, but thought I’d give it another shot. That was my first mistake. We should have went literally anywhere else cause after waiting 20 minutes at 8pm for about 7 employees to put a simple 3 burger order together, we came to find all three were missing bacon. Precious bacon, how do you forget the bacon, on all three!! Then we get to the dry, overcooked burger, it’s half the size of the bun, not to mention the meat is crumbling apart because it’s been so overcooked! The buns were janky too, not even warm and extra dry. Not sure how this place has 4.3 stars, that’s hecka misleading. If you’re into long waits, incorrect orders, and dry over cooked burgers then this is your jam. Never again 5 bros, never again.

We usually don't have a problem at this chain. That being said, I overheard customers complaining about the fries tasting soggy and old, mine were fresh out of the fryer so I thought nothing of it. Mine also ended up tasting soggy and old, which only means your fryers are probably not at the correct temperature for the potatoes. Also didn't really appreciate when the staff was trying to tell the manager something and she would wave it off or get mad when the employee was trying to fix the issue themselves.

$15 for a cheeseburger (of yeah, they didn’t add the cheese or ANY toppings) and fries. The staff obviously didn’t care but they were all very younger kids with no manager in site. Maybe peanut shells on the floor is cool in a dive bar but having to step over peanut shells doesn’t give me confidence in a clean kitchen.

Great food and service. Sarah was super nice and even during a rush accommodated my request to put my fries down for a few extra minutes (I always like them crispier) super happy with the service!
