Haven’t been in since COVID and things have changed a bit. Food and service is still great but now you pay before sitting and be aware of the gratuity charge if paying with card. Mahalo Pho Van Beaverton! 🤙🏽

They started charging mandatory gratuity at 18% for dine-in, regardless of size of party. Their food is good, but not that good for the forced 18% fee. No thanks. I don't mind tipping when the service warrants it, but don't make it mandatory! There are other pho shops just as good without the extra charge!!!

Swing by to Pho Van on Black Friday. The location is relatively close to Washington Square mall. It’s very easy to find and plenty of parking space. The place is very clean cozy. Here comes the good part about the Pho. There was something missing from the broth. They use a lot of MSG in the broth, you can taste it afterwards. They gave you a good portion for the price they charge you. I didn’t really like the part they charged me $4.00 for cheap oolong tea.

Vietnamese paradise! So many choices, and everything is great!
We got the Pho and also the vermicelli. The salad rolls were pretty good, I prefer grilled pork in the rolls personally -- might just get more eggrolls next time 😋
Absolutely amazing broth. Thai iced tea is a must! Everything is super crave-able, we will be back many many times!

What in the bob is going on here?!
Are you guys even draining the vegetables when you wash them, my to-go container is full of water 😑 and the peanut sauce is horrible (loose like water).

I normally order from here and love it. Today I ordered spring rolls. I'm almost done eating it when I realized I am biting something hard. Spring rolls don't have anything hard in them. So I locate the hard item in my mouth and pull it put. ITS A BROKEN FINGERNAIL! I am beyond disgusted. Aren't they supposed to be using gloves?! You really feel your nail break off into a spring roll and still send it out for someone to eat? This is so disappointing and I will never be going back.

Been here very long time like loyal customers but since pandemic they take an excuse for everyone have to order first before set people sit down to look the menu ! Especially you come with kids how do you know all your family what they want to eat by stand out 5 min?! And also add on 18% tip on the bill before service no matter you come here 1 person or more people. The only thing i come in here till now cause they are make fast and we don’t need to wait also not so many good Vietnamese restaurant in Beaverton

What kind of place charges 18% tip before even serving? They don't even let you sit before the payment is made. Enter and stuck at the front, being asked are you ready multiple times while you are still taking time, meh. Not a place I would come back. Weird.
