Wendy's

The service was fast, the food was hot and tasted good. But the customer service was sad at best. I honestly felt like I was bothering them. Behind the window were scowls and my food was handed to me and the window was shut. Maybe I should have snatched my food and thrown the money through the window. 😒

I had no problem ordering here until whomever took my order (Sarah according my my receipt) had basically gas lighted me at the drive-thru a few minutes ago. For instance, Sarah assured me that what I originally ordered and told her is what she added to the computer ("that's not what you said"), yet I do not recall ordering 3 meals for myself? She also had to change my order 2-3 times due to her incompetence and further gas lighting. Hate to sound like a Karen, but does this company even pay her enough to talk this way to customers? The drive-thru order took around 3-5 minutes to complete with her. She also served me a frosty with the top lid not safely secured... Then, I come home to this. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and ended up with two regular ones (the wrapper says it it). These are the reasons why I do not support $15/hr for these types of workers. Thanks Sarah!

Ice cold Burger, black burnt bacon on the burger in the fries. She tried to tell me I didn't order what I did order and gave me an attitude when she didn't give me the right food anyway. I have serious stomach issues and I'm lucky I can eat once a day thanks Wendys for screwing me again. I will never be back I will eat trash McDonald's first. And it was 7pm,.not busy. You people should be ashamed yourself it's fast food for God's sake not brain surgery Seriously, that black thing is bacon on my fries?
