Burger King

My family n I was there yesterday. When we walked in first thing we see was a lil dog.it was Not even a service dog. than we c the dog get on the chair n put its face on the table.Seriously!! I don't hate dogs but y in a fast food place. Employees n manager saw the dog but didn't say anything to the customer. 2nd- I found a paper clip in my daughter kids meal. Lucky I ✔ her bag.I seen customers while waiting for my order wait long n being ignored waiting to order.it will b nice if they say I will b right with you.two customers were not happy waiting n forgot some of their orders.the playground nice but it is too hot in there. Fish sandwich bread was dry were its breaking apart. Management need to step up n correct herself on better handling customer service. Been here b 4 but this was the worse I ever seen in Beaumont 🍔 King.

The one star comes from the respect they lack in the food and also in customer service. Iv ordered their chicken nuggets and 2 of them were undone, I called to see if I could get something else, their number does not work, I went there a second time and my mozzarella sticks were very old, the white cheese turned yellow, and it was very stale. And again customer service is stinky. I pray it gets improvement.
