I wanted to try Hibiscus ice tea for first time Kieron (sorry if misspelled) not only offered me to bend the recipe because I am diabetic he told me he will change it for free if I don't like it!
I loved it. I can't add a pic cause I drank it all... oops!

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE experienced on Saturday 23rd April at 07.40 at AVON STREET BATH - I called into this Starbucks today for a takeaway coffee and was absolutely appalled how rudely I was spoken to by a female member of staff! Unfortunately I did not take her name - she was a young girl without any smile - she looked like she really didn’t want to be there! . Firstly whilst waiting outside for the shop to open it eventually opened 10 mins late with no apology given (not a problem) upon entering I immediately sensed a poor atmosphere between this female member of staff and her colleague (a young lad) who took my payment. When my coffee arrived I politely pointed out that the drink tasted a little odd to be told ‘well that’s the way the machine makes it and there is nothing I can do’ - I asked nicely if she could remake the coffee to be told very abruptly that it is not ‘company policy and I would need to pay for it!’ By this time other customers had now joined the queue and some commented how very rude this girl had spoken to myself. Please note that I very seldom post comments about services provided but I really feel that I was treated in a terrible manner by this very arrogant person - needless to say that I will not be visiting this particular Starbucks again!

Good sized Starbucks, plenty of seats. No super comfy ones, mainly wooden chairs and stools. Nice big glass windows. Had a decent latte and mozzarella, tomatoe and bazil pannini. Staff were friendly and smiley.

Was ok. When I came it wasn’t too busy, so I ordered. Over 7 people ordered after me and got their drink before mine. I only ordered a toffeenut latte.. other orders were very long and complex. I had to wait over ten minutes :) Over priced

Staff here are super helpful, and the price, I don't think it's awful to be honest! Definitely try to dine in/takeaway instead of delivery though as I've found that the same drink can be up to £2-4 more expensive excluding delivery!

Cheese toastie, croissant and cinnamon swirl were awesome and coffees were good to but sadly Costa does a better hot chocolate for all the due hard hot chocolate fans

As all Starbucks it was very good, a bit disappointed by the lack of knowledge on the gluten intolerance, which might require more training for the employees.
