Very comfortable local establishment with a long history. New ownership as I understand. Learned a lot about cider if I remember correctly. It can sneak up on you, use caution when drinking.

I am loving the Field boxes the new owners have created. My only request would be for some more vegetables but otherwise, they are delicious and incredibly good value for money. The owners are so friendly and I love the outdoor space. That extra walk up the hill is worth it. Lovely place.

Recently organised a birthday celebration for my partner. Chris and the team were very helpful and made sure everything was perfect. We mainly had barbecue with a South African twist, food was great! And the service was excellent. Would certainly recommend.

What a delight! So glad we stopped in. Delicious food, perfectly cooked. Great glass of wine and beers. What a team running this lovely pub - we can’t wait to be back! Thanks for a lovely afternoon Fairfield Arms.

Good price pub food, in a bright clean and spacious establishment. Dog friendly too. The food was OK for the price, but it was a shame to see processed cheese slices used in their burgers, and the pattie was thin. None of it seemed to have been homemade.

Lovely local. Good offers on food. Had a curry and a pint really nice. Taste great presentation great and good value. The guy behind the bar is friendly and polite. Nice background music. Garden really nice.
Recommended.
