Came in to purchase a carving knife and fork for use with roasts. The staff were immensely helpful and offered great advice. They have a stunning array of kitchen goods at very competitive prices and the staff were both friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Wish we had a shop like this where we live or an ability to buy online and have items shipped. Absolute gem of a shop. Highly recommended.

Had the best service here, the staff Claudi and his colleague, Jane helped me a lot with my purchase and even gave me a recipe for banana bread. Very pleasant experience!

I love buying things but absolutely hate shopping so usually buy everything online. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly (and not in the forcing conversation way you get at a supermarket that I absolutely hate), if all shopping experiences were like that I wouldn't hate it. I'll definitely be back 😁

They only do ProCook range - but although a bit "designery" most of their kit is good - especially their 2 blade stainless chipper, and dishwasher safe utensils
