Very good product and high quality. I just love this store, here you can buy groceries and things and even eat well. There is a cafe on the third floor.

I was very impressed how the store was so clean and the ladies toilets were very clean. I said to the cleaner she is doing a good job. One staff showed me whete tfe chocolate was. I only stood 5 minutes in the queue to pay. Very good M&S to shop at.

The shop was neat and tidy. The fitting room staff were polite, cheerful, and helpful. There's a nice range of choices here, especially in the women's underwear/sleepwear department.
There are automatic doors at the front of the shop and lifts.

Good store with a lot of clothing and very impressed by their foodhall! Didn't have much interaction with staff so I cannot comment.

Huge m&s store - think you can find pretty much anything you need in here they have clothes for everyone and a brilliant food hall plus a cafe to enjoy too.

The cakes were really nice to taste and nicely presented. They were well labelled but the coffee she ran the expresso through again from the previous coffee she just made rather than getting fresh coffee beans this affected the taste. Also she sneezed and knocked half the expresso out of the cup ( its only a small amount as was espresso cup) didn't remake or try and wipe the cup down 🙈 the tables were being cleared regularly though so plenty of places to sit down.

Welcoming staff on door, fairly free flowing. Generally good stock levels, bar school wear (nationwide issue). Staff helpful and offered to check stock online. Toilets open and clean, relies on other customers being conscientious to wait and take turns using the narrow stairs down. Took a while to hunt down a till that was open to pay. Café was good, stonebaked pizzas were great 👍
