We had dinner here tonight. Been to quite a few Wagamama but today is the first time I wanted to leave a review. The service from start to finish was super!! My daughter got nut allergies. And they were very careful about it and asked a few questions and made the dish separately. Kathy was brilliant and Tom was lovely too. And the food was delicious. I had the same chicken/prawn dish but somehow it tasted better here than other wagamama branches. Definitely one of the top restaurants in Bath✨

The food was delicious, paying and ordering was quick and easy. The staff were attentive and polite. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes Asian fusion.

I visited Wagamamas with my family last night as it provides such good vegetarian and vegan options - the new menu did not disappoint. Our waitress Erin provided excellent service, including great recommendations and being very warm and friendly. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

Went for an anniversary dinner with my partner. We are regulars are Wagamama, but this experience in particular outshone the others. Our lovely server Eleena and her manager were very accommodating and warming our entire evening and they really made our anniversary. We couldn’t recommend more.

My first ever visit, and very much enjoyed it. Friendly staff, great menu. Lots of choices. Good atmosphere, busy but tables cleared and cleaned quickly. Thankfully
although chopsticks are there you also can choose to use a fork! I had Pad Thai which was delicious. My friend had katzu chicken which looked great too. I will visit again!

Poppy looker after us. The service was amazing, very attentive and so friendly. We had some of the best food and we were seated quickly and didn't felt rushed to leave even though the place was busy. Really great evening with friends.

I went yesterday with my family and it was a really good experience. Andrea,staff, is a star. She was very helpful and friendly, very bubble person. She explained everything very easy to all of us. She actually made our time in your restaurant excellent.

We had to wait quite a while for food and got given a free round of drinks. A rare generosity these days and much appreciated.

The food here was great but what really stood out was the service rendered by the manager Nat. She was super knowledgeable and took great care to check every item we ordered against my allergies. The level of care towards allergies is impressive and for someone who has food allergies, I have never felt more taken care of. 2 thumbs up!
