I made an order in the drive through. I get home, and discover 4 wraps missing. This was on mothers day. I call and get no answer. I leave a message and receive no call back. I will never go there again. Apparently orders that are large enough for a family of 5 are too difficult to fulfill. A business that cannot answer the telephone, or at least return a call to a unsatisfied customer is one that does not care about its customers.

This is our favorite Dunkin. We come all the time and make it through the drive through in a timely manner. The owners go out of their way to put a smile on your face. They remember a face and always check in. Orders are always correct.

My dad and my dog go here every Sunday morning. They always give my dog donut holes. They are so friendly and kind here. We always look forward to going here and seeing the employees! They are great!

Do not bother wasting your time coming here or ordering ahead. I get that they are remodeling but why tell people to order ahead through the mobile app if you do not have anyone that can bring their drink out instead of them waiting 18 minutes in line for something they order 20 minutes prior. Total waste of time regardless of how well the drink is made. Bottom line and children done remodeling don’t waste your time going all the way up there🤬

Shout out to the employee who works at this store. I was picking up an Uber and the food wasn’t given to me. The employee ran from the store to the intersection of Wilson and Randall to give me the food.

I ordered an iced Chai Latte with whip cream and honey but he understood cinnamon. I’m glad he got it wrong. It was sooooo good. Maybe I’ll ditch the honey from now on and get it the way he made it. My daughter’s frozen hot chocolate was made just the way she likes it. It’s always hit or miss with her order. Glad we gave this location a chance with the 2 stars it was showing. Some people only comment when something’s wrong. It’s a risk we take when giving a place a shot. I’m happy I did.

I had a great experience here this morning! I went through the drive threw and ordered a Small iced caramel mocha and I’m not sure if the man taking my order was in a really good mood or what but he gave me a large for the same price. It really made my day, definitely coming back to this location in the future!

Love the hot chocolate. The sandwiches are good too. Very kind and speedy service even when it gets crowded. I usually don't have to wait long.
