Given the wrong order. Waited 15 minutes for a new order to be made. After that the fish and chicken were well over cooked. The hush puppies were squished and there was tartar sauce in the box and on some of the food. Will not come here again.

Nasty looking shrimp. Saying they changed the oil but these definitely don’t look like they came out of new oil…Also doesn’t give you replacement for if you don’t go back that night… I’ve been sick with Covid and was looking forward to my shrimp… I will never return to a restaurant that doesn’t appreciate its customers… I will stick with where I work as I know we replace people food even days after they were at our restaurant…

Came to order 2 12 piece and they only had one and was not trying to make the second. Now my family rarely come here and when we do we get what we want. And the attitude I was receiving because I would not settle for original is ridiculous. 77 dollars for chicken I should be able to get what I want. I even told them have no problem waiting. Well with a long gasp they say we'll it's gonna be 25 min. We'll okay make the chicken. I own a business and would never talk to a customer that way even if I'm tired had a long day or whatever. This world is gone

I don’t even want to give it one star. Order online for “quick pick up”. That was 20 minutes of waiting that I will never get back. Then to say something and get nothing but attitude was not pleasant at all. I noticed no urgency, no customer service skills…. And this is what society deems should be starting at $17 to $18 an hour? The app said they were looking for a shift manager and from my experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry, I would have fired just about everybody.

Pre-order our meal, Still had to wait 30 min.
Cashier Jessica was very good at keeping us updated ,She was great!!
Manager had a Horrible attitude!!! Only showed up to help the line 20 min after we arrived ,When she realized her team was drowning in orders
Chicken was hot, biscuits were hard as rock.gravy was like pouring water .
I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

bunch of screw ups. after placing order from drive thru, had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to get order. guy at window dropped my change on ground. once I got home, I found out the order was wrong and not prepared right. not Nashville hot, biscuit and fries were cold. I didn't return them because I live 15 miles away. they need to check their orders before turning them over to customers.

This location was out of a lot of stuff. Signs saying "Sold Out" on menu board and was warned that the bucket of chicken would be mostly white meat as they were low on legs and thighs. Requested half original and half extra crispy, they were unable to provide the extra crispy portion of the order. Kind of a wreck here.

I actually had Long John Silver which isn't close to my house anymore.
It was excellent...
The only thing that was a pain is that they give You 1 spork.. and when they're busy... and it's deformed... You have to do the best that You can. 🙂
