Customer service was good. My burger was okay , my fries and nuggets had this black ash covering it like the cooking oil was old or needed to be filtered. No ice in the drink machine. The flaws they have can be corrected easily.

I get to order window and make my order and I stated that I wanted fresh . After waiting 10 min to place the order. I get my meal and take a bite , and this is what I get .A hard piece of old chicken and cold fry. Very disappointed

Waited for ten mins and all I get is can you wait can you wait. Would only take one vehicle at a time. I just left along with 5 other customers.

It is Burger King. They do a good job can be a little slow sometimes but a solid fast food restaurant.

You need to make sure you check your order every time you come here. They leave out something in every order I have ever gotten from here. I don't know what it is with the Bastrop fast-food employees, but none of them care enough to give you your full order. I've only had good luck at Wendy's for the most part, getting my full and correct order.
