Dunkin'

I always go to Dunkin’ Donuts but they always take FOREVER even when there is no line. I used to work for a coffee shop and it does not take that long to make a latte. Today I ordered a drink and had to drive away because they were taking forever on the order before mine and since I ordered it through the mobile app I didn’t expect to have to wait so long to receive it. I wish they had a better system for that.

Great coffee, but service is too slow, extremely slow. Even when no line they had me wait 10 min before taking my order, cars behind me left. I tried to call store to speak with manager on 2 separate occasions and phone just rings. Once last summer they had staff working within the dark with limited electricity. They gonna need to do better.

I’m in here at least 2 or 3 times a week, and they are always amazing, even when it’s insanely busy around school drop off and pick up times. I’m picky about my drinks, and if whatever drink I am currently fixated on is out of stock or has been discontinued, they always help me find something new that can be adjusted to where I like, and they are good at remembering what I like, even if I’m not. The staff is always so nice, and recognize me and know one of my cats by name, because I bring him through the drive through for his “cattucinos”.

I usually never have any issues with this location, today I did and when I called to let them know I was missing an item the lady IMMEDIATELY showed concern and was genuinely apologetic. She was beyond helpful and accommodating. I wish I could remember her name but thank you sweet woman! You turned a sad moment (sad because I had been craving said I’m missing item and was disappointed when I got my order without it) into an awesome experience all with your attitude.

I was super excited to try the brown sugar cold brew. I went in today and got a medium with extra cold foam and the coffee was absolutely delicious but they did not inform me that they put cinnamon sugar on top of the coffee and I had an allergic reaction afterwards. I'm very disappointed at the lack of information about this allergy hazard. Thank goodness I only have a mild allergy but I worry for people who don't know.

Honestly don’t recommend this place. my dad went there and some girl working night shift yelled at him saying there was no donuts to sell and he was looking at the donuts right through the drive thru window. She started getting a ugly attitude and didn’t want to sell him donuts I’m assuming. This Dunkin’ Donuts use to be really good place to eat at and get drinks and now their hot/ice coffee just taste like water w every time we go 🤮
