Panera Bread

Toasted steak and white cheddar is true but the pictures should tell the rest of the story. This is a bread company but it doesn't taste fresh, it's debase & chewy, the toasting they gave it gives it a hard edge that I can only describe as gum-scratching. It is edible but lacking in the other ingredients, this is a "corporate sandwich" - 2.25oz beef, 1.36oz cheese & 1tsp horseradish... (sarcastic)... but really, not enouph ingredients to get in every bite. I would give one star but the Mac n cheese is heavenly. Maybe reorganize and so what you do best? Oh wait, one star, look at the 3/4 filled Mac and cheese, you couldn't even do that right. That is $10+ for a bowl of pasta...

This is a nice location with outdoor seating. It's a typical Panera, the service seemed quicker than other locations. The tables and counters were not as clean as they should have been, likely due to a lack of staff. Dishes were piled and tables were not wiped down. But i made due and had a ice lunch.

I ordered online for food to be delivered. I explicitly selected non meat items and also mentioned in the instructions. Instead what I received was meat version. I called the store and person mentioned that they cannot offer refund. I was told I will be receiving credit in my address which I never received. Not a very good experience. Even after first poor experience I gave another try. This time food was ok but quantity was kid size. Half of the bowl was empty. Never going to use this store. Unfortunately online ordering at Panera does allow to pick store.
